Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Comments

Due to COVID-19, the City of Mason City will hold the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings at the Mason City Room of the Mason City Public Library as virtual meetings until further notice. This means that the majority, if not all of the Board Members, will not be physically present at the Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting.

The public is invited to provide input on Zoning Board of Adjustment items only prior to the meeting.

Ways to provide comments include:

1)  Attend the Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings, however due to COVID-19 social distancing will apply and attendance will restricted to the first 10 people.

*Public Hearings and Other Agenda Items: If attendance exceeds 10, those that are unable to enter will be able to submit their comments regarding agenda items outside the Mason City Room in writing.

2)  Phone in your comments prior to 9:00 a.m. the day of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting at 641-421-3626.

3)  Fill out the   form with your comments, referencing the agenda item number and submit prior to 9:00 a.m. the day of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting.
